Vulcanized fibre is a laminated plastic composed of only cellulose. The material is a tough, resilient, hornlike material that is lighter than aluminium, tougher than leather, and stiffer than most thermoplastics. The newer wood-laminating grade of vulcanized fibre is used to strengthen wood laminations used in skis, skateboards, support beams and as a sub-laminate under thin wood veneers   .

Vulcanized fibers meet good quality and safety standards, which are necessary for abrasive trade in carrier cured fibers.
Each cured fiber product represents a suitable basis for a wide range of materials such as abrasive steel, wood or stone.
WELLELE has – the standard of performance
WELLELE – Altered the quality core density and has reasonable performance in grinding disc bases.

The use of WELLDE vulcanized fiber is the basis for the assembly of high quality grinding discs – hence the name fiber disc. For surface grinding application carriers, the fiber bears a great responsibility in the grinding disc because it must absorb the forces generated during rotation without detonating.

WELLELE® and WELLELE abrasive fibers meet the minimum quality standards of ISO SGS. This quality specification includes definitions, material descriptions, minimum requirements, test procedures and storage conditions.

The special properties of WELLELE abrasive vulcanized fiber products and delivery quality are:

High lateral strength
Excellent interlayer adhesion to avoid tearing and breaking
Method high temperature resistant, grinding to avoid degradation
Smooth surface and flat fabric
Simple process by passing a good and equally wound roll
thickness
Area weight
tensile strength
Layer bonding
According to special requirements, we will cut and package according to customer specific specifications.
